Therefore, let us now begin now in earnest for the next 28 days to press in and pray hard. We will be praying in a systematic way, for a variety of themes and topics - from not just Godly and righteous leaders to emerge out of the November 6 elections, but for our families, churches and communities.
We start here in Psalm 125:
Those who trust in the LORD are like Mount Zion,
which cannot be moved, but abides forever.
As the mountains surround Jerusalem,
so the LORD surrounds his people,
from this time forth and forevermore (Psalm 125:1-2 ESV)
Father, in the Name of Jesus, we are standing on the promises of Christ our Savior, on solid ground, on Holy ground, when we accept Your promises. We believe the Lord Jesus, when He said that NO ONE can snatch us out of His Hands and today, today, Lord, I thank You for Your precious Holy Word here in psalm 125. I thank You because You have made us, Your children, like the Mountain of God, which will not be broken. You made us like the Fountain of Life, through which Your Word is spoken and You blessed, surrounded, embraced, drawn us close, in loving relationship, which shows a lost and perishing world, that we are not a token, but the real deal - men and women who love, obey, trust and follow you, all the days of our lives! Bless Your Holy Name and may these next four weeks of power intercession be acceptable in Thy sight, in Jesus' Holy Name, amen.
