THINK ON THESE THINGS - THURSDAY

HOW WE PLEASE GOD, PART 2

THE EQUATION

And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.....Hebrews 11:6

Many of us know that the chief end of man is to glorify God and to enjoy Him forever. God has set His Law and an internal spiritual GPS (God Pointing-out System) into every fiber of our being which point instinctively to a Supreme Being. There is something in mankind which makes him want to worship SOMETHING, ANYTHING!

God wants us to worship HIM and HIM ALONE! He wants us to glorify Him through Worship!

Most people have no problem with the very Existence of God. He can be seen everywhere - in Creation; in the Word of His Bible and if we are saved, in the very depths of our souls!  But there is a Catch before ANY human being can come to this FULL realization of the Truth. This Catch is a formula, similar to math, which not even the great Albert Einstein was able to solve and thus, obtain.

Verse 6 above says "Without Faith"...therefore, the algebraic formula is:
No Faith = No Pleasing God x No Enjoying Him forever (thus Eternal Separation).

But God, gave us this amazing formula here:
Come to Him + Believe He Exists (in Form of Father/Son/Holy Ghost Who died on the Cross) + that He will reward those Who seek or search for Him = The Gift of Faith, which is so freely given!

So, my friends...and anyone reading this today, from Toronto to Teheran to the Rhine and the Baltics as well as Buffalo, NY....have you figured out this equation satisfactorily yet?  I pray so.

This is the real theory of relativity. It is not E=MC2, but it is directly related to our positional salvation in the Kingdom...if we just confess, repent, trust, believe and receive...we are immediately on the path to eternal fellowship with God.

This, my friends, is what makes the Christian walk of Faith so simple, powerful and beautiful!

This is how we please Abba - our wonderful Father in Heaven!
