Now, here is what happened when King Josiah heard the "Book of the Law" (The Torah or First Five books of the Scripture. These were the actual words given to Moses from God which he recorded from Genesis to Deuteronomy, They are full of the Promises of God, His covenants and His setting the captives free from Slavery in Egypt. These Words really so full of Holy Spirit power, they lasted throughout the many years to such a time as this!
Read 2 Kings 22:11 (ESV) "When the king heard the words of the Book of the Law, he tore his clothes" .
